REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENTS FOR LUXEMBOURG VISA APPLICATION

Documents Required for LUXEMBOURG Tourist Visa

A visa application fully completed and signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a minor, the application signed by parents or legal guardians.
Covering letter stating the purpose of visiting the destination country.
A valid passport that must have a validity of at least six months. In case of the minor applicant, copy of the parents' passport (front and back).
2 photographs (35 x 45 mm) with a white background and 80% face closure.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 6 months, copy of fixed deposit (if any) as a proof of sufficient funds for the travel. If you are a business person, you need to submit the current account statement too.
Copy of PAN Card.
ITRs for the last 3 years or Form 16.
If you are an employee, you have to submit: Job appointment letter, confirmation letter, NOC from an employer stating your employment information and leave.
If you are an employer, you have to submit: Business registration papers, GSTRs for the last 3 years.
Confirmed air ticket (round trip).
Confirmed hotel booking.
Day wise itinerary.
Travel health insurance with minimum 30,000 Euro coverage.

A visa application fully completed and signed by the applicant.
Covering letter from the company stating the purpose of visiting the country.
A valid passport that must have a validity of at least six months.
