An original passport valid for at least 6 months extending the duration of the requested visa.
A fully completed visa application form with block letters.
One recent passport size photograph.
Copies of bio pages of the passport.
Covering letter stating the purpose of travel.
Hotel booking confirmation for the duration of the trip.
Onward or return air ticket confirmation or travel itinerary generated by airlines.
Invitation letter that must bear Visa Clearance Number.
Visa approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the approval must be sent to the Embassy.
