Checklist of Documents Required for GREECE Visa Application (short-stay visa)

Essential Documents for All Applicants

Passport of the applicant having a validity of a minimum of 3 months extending the return from Schengen country Greece. For a minor applicant, the copy of the parents' or guardians' passport required.
Copy of biodata pages of passport and all the previous visas as well as stamps.
Old passport (if applicable).
Return ticket of flight to confirm that the applicant is not having the intention of staying in Greece for more than a specified period. In case the applicant is intending to visit multiple Schengen countries, there's a need to enclose the proof of transportation (flight or train) confirmation.
Two latest photographs with 35×45 dimension, 80% face closure. Editing photos with any kind of software is prohibited.
Confirmed accommodation (hotel, hostel or holiday home). If the applicant is planning to stay with a family member or a friend, he/she will require to get an invitation from the host member and submit it to the embassy.
Travel Insurance with the minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro for the period of stay in Greece.
Bank account statement for the last three months, fixed deposits (if any), proof of income or savings in the form of investment policies or more.
Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years along with the supporting documents.
An employed applicant needs to submit NOC from the company with the stamp on official letterhead, payslips for the last 3 months, and employment contract.
Self-employed or business person requires to submit the registration proof of the company, GSTRs, and current account statement.

Documents for the Minor Applicants

Copy of the travel documents (passports) of both parents or guardians.
Written consent of both parents or guardians if the applicant is traveling alone or with someone else.
In case the minor is travelling with one parent, there's a need of written consent of the other parent.
